Person wanted to fulfil the role of office administrator as part of an administration team.
Duties and Responsibilities include
- Handling email and phone inquiries.
- Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
- Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
- Taking inventory and replacing office supplies when necessary.
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You must be able to communicate well with others and take instructions where necessary.
- Attention to Detail: Some tasks require a good eye for detail, such as data entry
- Computer Skills: You will need an excellent working knowledge of specific computer applications – MS SharePoint. Much of the job involves using a computer and answer emails.
