This is a dynamic, lone-working role, in Dublin, supporting and engaging with the FMs and EAs. Being the main face and go 'to person' in the building, with a team of 7 colleagues located in London.
This is a newly created, dynamic, role of Office Coordinator for an American Bank based in Dublin. The banking team are spread across 2 floors of a multi-tenanted building and is large enough to house up to 200 employees.
There is an exciting opportunity to be part of the office move taking place in April 2026, so the Office Coordinator will be a big part of the success and organisation of this move.
This role would be exhilarating for someone who like to take the lead as the main 'go-to' person for all front-line needs and overlapping with building management responsibilities. As this is a new role, you will have the opportunity to make it your own, with the support of a supervisor and Manager based in London
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; on a shift rota basis between 8 AM – 5 PM with flexibility as per business needs)

- Meet and greet reception
- Security badge management
- Meeting room setups and tech support
- Mail room duties and placing stationary orders
- Reporting jobs and chasing relevant departments.
