Computeq is seeking 3 motivated and technically skilled Onsite Support IT Technician to join our expanding team. This hands-on role involves providing hardware, software, and networking support across various client sites. You'll play a key part in deploying IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable systems for our customers in healthcare, retail, and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite support for IT hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, switches, access points, and routers.
- Set up and manage Office 365, Windows Server, and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Assist in cabling, rack installation, and Wi-Fi deployments.
- Liaise directly with clients and escalate critical issues when required.
- Maintain documentation of service activities and complete assigned tickets.
Requirements:
- Provide onsite desktop support for client PCs, including troubleshooting hardware issues (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals).
- Install, configure, and support common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, Adobe, antivirus software, custom client apps).
- Assist users with OS-level support on Windows (and macOS if applicable), including login/profile issues, patching, and system performance tuning.
- Respond to and resolve application errors, printer connectivity issues, and user-reported bugs in a timely, customer-focused manner.
- Support user access and permissions, Active Directory account management, and software provisioning via Office 365 admin tools.
- Escalate persistent or complex issues to senior engineers or vendor support when required.
- Document all support activities, configurations, and resolutions using the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT staff when needed for network troubleshooting, minor cabling tasks, or device rollouts
Desirable:
- CompTIA A+ or Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
- Familiarity with RMM platforms and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and IT compliance.

Pay: €35,000.00-€46,000.00 per year
