Dyno-Rod are looking to add an energetic and focused person to our office team. The role will require a person that would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team who has strong communication skills and is comfortable multitasking. We are an emergency business and this role is critical in delivering a consistent and reliable service to our customers.
What the job involves:
Operations:
- Being responsible for incoming enquiries by phone, email and online booking forms
- Using a software package to input customer information and allocate jobs to on site crews, and ensuring job notes are updated as they arise
- Sending relevant paperwork to customer in advance of job
- Issuing of relevant post work documentation including reports
Administration:
- Keeping customer portals up to date with training certs and inductions
- Keeping staff training up to date and on file. Reporting to office manager when renewals are required
- Keeping certification of equipment in date and on file

- General administration and ad hoc administration duties
What we're looking for:
- Strong computer skills (specifically Microsoft Excel). Training will be provided in our company software packages.
- A background in a fast-paced service/logistics business would be advantageous
- A background in a drainage, plumbing or construction would be advantageous
- A great customer service attitude.
- Very strong communication and listening skills
- Great attention to detail.
- The ability to solve problems as they arise.
- You’ll need to be a team player.
- Fluent English (spoken & written).
- Good References.
