We are seeking a friendly, organized, and responsible Padel Receptionist to join our team on weekends. As the first point of contact for players and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in players and guests with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Manage court bookings and scheduling via the club's booking system
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries efficiently
- Process payments for bookings, equipment rentals, and refreshments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas
- Support club staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Monitor and restock supplies such as balls, drinks, and basic retail items
- Ensure all club rules and safety guidelines are followed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.30 per week
