About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Painting Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong spraying experience, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of safety procedures and site coordination.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing painting crews, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of painters on various projects
- Operate and manage spraying equipment
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Liaise with clients and site managers as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Complete daily site documentation and updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial/commercial spraying
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Valid Safe Pass
- Manual Handling certification
- MEWP Licence (Mobile Elevated Work Platform)
- Proficient written and oral English is essential
- Full Irish driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
