The successful candidate will be primarily based in our delicatessen. Midweek availability is helpful but not required.
Main purpose of the role:
The successful candidate(s) will have responsibility to ensure the expected high quality of produce is maintained for sale to customers. The role will have a particular focus on customer satisfaction and engagement. Preparation and display of breakfasts, lunches and dinners will form a key part of the role. Preparation of sandwiches/wraps/rolls will form a key element of this role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- The ability to engage with customers openly and warmly
- Strong attention to detail, be organised and flexible
- The ability to use their own initiative and work as part of our Fresh Food Team
