We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, enjoy working with people, and be confident leading a wide variety of classes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, safe, and effective group fitness classes including Pump, HYROX, Spin, Box, Circuit, Cardio, and Strength-based sessions.
- Motivate and support members of all fitness levels to achieve their goals.
- Greet members, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with front desk and administrative duties as required.
- Contribute to the positive and energetic culture of the gym.
Requirements:
- Recognised fitness instructor qualification (minimum Level 2 or equivalent).
- Previous experience teaching group fitness classes preferred.
- Strong background or personal interest in health, fitness, and training.
- Confident, approachable, and friendly personality.
- Ability to adapt and lead different class styles with energy and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
