Job Description
Title: Leisure Centre Attendant
Responsible to: Leisure Centre Manager
Responsible for: The Leisure Centre
Main Purpose of the Job: To ensure the Leisure Centre operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our guests and members with an excellent and safe service.
Main Duties:
1. To oversee and ensure the smooth running of the Leisure Centre
2. Cleaning duties as directed by your manager
3. Monitoring and maintaining the Health & Safety of the Leisure Centre at all times
4. To ensure that you are in the appropriate uniform at all times and carrying out
your daily tasks as directed by your manager
5. To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to the hotel’s procedures.
6. Basic knowledge of health and fitness practices
7. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
8. To be continually trying to improve the leisure Centre by working on service standards with the Leisure Centre Manager
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Full training will be given for this job.
