Position: Part-time Office Administrator & Bookkeeper.
Impulse Agencies are an innovative distributor of impulse products to convenience stores, forecourts and independent hardware stores nationwide.
We currently require an experienced office administrator / bookkeeper to join our accounts office and work alongside our existing team. We are based just north of Drogheda in Tenure, Co. Louth.
Key Duties:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments as well as reconciling bank accounts.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, recommending updates or improvements when necessary.
- Monitor and control sales staff expenses, reviewing and verifying expense reports as submitted by employees.
- Various ad-hoc queries & administrative duties.
- Assisting sales reps with timely customer credit control.
- Maintaining product compliance records.
Key Requirements:
o Professional and positive manner, with the capacity to work independently.
o Good organisational and communication skills with an attention to detail.
o Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping and office administration experience.
o Experience of working within Sage 50 Software as well as competency in MS Office and Excel.
Job Type: Part time, 20 -25 hours per week.
Schedule: Weekdays, flexible. Office based.
Start Date: August 2025
Remuneration: Pay is negotiable, depending on candidates’ skills and experience.
