Job Summary
Tines is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Enablement Manager to help scale and evolve our partner enablement program during a critical phase of growth. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for designing and executing education initiatives that empower our partners to successfully market, sell, and support Tines solutions.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across sales, product marketing, solutions engineering, and customer operations to ensure partners have the knowledge, tools and resources to drive adoption of Tines. You will own the end-to-end strategy for partner enablement—from designing certification frameworks and training materials, to rolling out scalable programs that align with our hyper-growth objectives
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with educational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and is passionate about building programs that drive measurable results. You should be detail-oriented and metrics obsessed, with a history of driving results and success, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment. If you’re energized by building impactful learning experiences, collaborating with diverse teams, implementing and making a real impact—this is the role for you.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute scalable enablement programs: Design initiatives that educate, engage, and empower our partners — tailored to different audiences, regions, and partner types.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to build and deliver high-impact go-to-market initiatives.
- Build scalable initiatives: Develop partner-facing documentation, playbooks, onboarding materials, and self-service resources that can scale with growth.
- Optimize the partner learning journey: Own the end-to-end partner education experience, from onboarding and training to enablement, certification, and performance management.
- Capture feedback and iterate: Implement a continuous improvement cycle for enablement resources, leveraging feedback and performance data to optimize partner readiness and productivity.
- Measure impact: Define KPIs, track program performance, and surface actionable insights to inform decision-making and future investments.
What you bring with you:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or a related GTM leadership role, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS.
- Proven success designing and scaling enablement programs, including technical enablement programs, that result in measurable revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to see the big picture while managing the details.
- Track record of influencing behaviour at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional teams, by articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; a highly effective influencer who can manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage metrics, dashboards, and insights to inform continuous program optimization.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to set goals and prioritize many initiatives and opportunities with minimal guidance.
- Flexible team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.
- Familiarity with partner relationship tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, PRM platforms, LMS tools).
Target Annual Compensation: €90,000 - €100,000
