We are looking to hire Paving Machine Operator in Kildare
Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist in the efficient and accurate laying of asphalt materials.
Ensure all work meets specified levels, alignment, and quality standards.
Prepare surfaces and ensure correct material application for various surfacing projects.
Safely operate paving equipment, tools, and machinery including rollers, pavers, and compactors.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality results.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas.
Report equipment issues and contribute to a proactive maintenance culture.
Support the foreman or site supervisor in daily planning and on-site coordination.
Essential Skills:
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Understanding of surfacing materials and techniques.
Ability to read and follow project plans or specifications.
Awareness of safety standards in construction and roadwork environments.
Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and shift patterns as required.

Pay: €37,102.09-€74,937.69 per year
