€67,015 - €84,856 a year
Dublin
Full time

Solance is the new tier in banking. We are a trusting financial partner, specialised in servicing clients with complex corporate structures and offer tailored financial services for exceptional clients. Think Credit Suisse’s service DNA spliced with Revolut’s tech genius; Solance is that hybrid, engineered for the best experience you’ve ever had with finance.

With our EMI license application in progress and our launch set for early 2026, we’re building a bright, ambitious team to shape Solance from the ground up. A team that’s ready to rethink the rules, simplify the complex and bring energy, clarity and care to every client interaction.

The Role

As our Payments and Operations lead, you’ll be the beating heart of our operations, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly and compliant, every process is sharp, and regulatory reporting is handled with precision.

You’ll combine deep payments expertise with creative problem-solving and the drive to make Solance a payments leader from day one. The perfect candidate has significant experience in payments, transaction monitoring, operational regulatory reporting and customer support, ideally within an EMI or a bank.

In a startup like ours, you’ll be hands-on, jumping into whatever operational challenges arise, whether that’s troubleshooting a SWIFT delay, helping launch a new product, shaping how payments are routed or supporting compliance on transaction reviews. You’ll be the person everyone turns to when we want payments done right, fast, and friction-free.
