Role Purpose
We are looking for a Client Advisor to join the Motor team withing our Affinity Personal Lines Division. Reporting to the Motor Team Lead this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to service existing motor insurance customers handling incoming customer calls, processing policy changes and renewals. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years personal insurance experience with practical knowledge in Applied Relay.
Accountabilities of the Role
Handling incoming customer calls and emails.
Processing client renewals and mid-term adjustments.
Out bounding to customers to secure renewal.
Generates policy leads from existing customers.
Assisting with other team tasks as required.
Complying with risk control and regulatory requirements that are relevant to this role
Maintaining commercial awareness relevant to this role
Skills Knowledge Required
Two years personal lines experience
Applied Relay knowledge
Ability to learn and adapt to organisational challenges.
Approachable and a can-do attitude
Demonstrate empathy, understanding and patience.
Good organisational, planning and execution skills.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn.
Enjoys challenges, manages conflict well and is ambitious for themselves, their team, and their organisation.
Knowledge of risk control the regulatory environment within Financial Services

This role is a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank.
