Job Opportunity – Small Group Training Coach & 1-1 Personal Training
Firhouse, Dublin 24
We’re looking for a motivated and personable coach to join our team at The WORKROOM Gym, a small group training gym with a strong community feel.
This role will start part-time with full training and mentoring provided. We have a 3-month progressive plan designed to support you into a full-time salaried coaching role (30 hours/week) with paid holiday leave. On top of your contract hours, you’ll also have the opportunity to do 1-1 Personal Training.
Who we’re looking for:
- Always in good form and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Keen to learn more about pre & postnatal fitness and supporting women through menopause (our main client base)
- Team player who contributes to the day-to-day running of the gym, not just clocking in for classes
- Open-minded and eager to learn programming, coaching, and gym operations
- Someone who sees this as a stepping stone to grow as a coach – maybe even opening their own gym down the line or an experienced coaching hoping to move into a gym manager role.
Requirements:
- Must be able to drive (early mornings & late shifts)
- Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience
- Open to both newly qualified and experienced trainers – we will support and develop you
- First Aid Cert a bonus
Why join us?
We have a wonderful client base, a supportive staff team, and a genuine community feel. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, gain valuable hands-on experience, and grow your career in the fitness industry.
To apply, please send your CV and a cover letter about yourself to [email protected]
