Role Details:
30 hours+ per week

Based in our New Ross facility.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
Coaching Small Group Personal Training (LIFT), SWEAT, and 1-to-1 PT
Conducting client consultations and assessments
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Building your professional presence on social media
Contributing to membership growth and retention
Programming and delivering high-quality sessions
Attending team meetings & participating in gym events
Ongoing CPD—because great coaches never stop learning.
Requirements:
- Coaching experience
- Relevant fitness qualifications (essential)
- Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire a group
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
