We are looking for an OTC assistant to join our team.
- Previous pharmacy experience is essential
- 32 hours minimum per week
- Successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Successful candidate must be fully flexible and available to work Saturdays
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offering excellent customer service and patient care in a professional and empathetic manner
- Having good product knowledge and ability to advise appropriately on OTC medicines
- Ordering stock and effectively maintaining stock levels
- Maintaining merchandising standards and ensuring pharmacy is displayed to high standards at all times
- Accurately performing cash management duties
