Role:
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler/ Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Tellab provides an onsite sampling service for customers. An Internal scheduling team compiles a service schedule. The Planning Manager will be responsible for Management of the Service Engineer team and the scheduling team which includes customer communications and sample receipt. As a key member of our Enviro Department, you will play an essential role in supporting smooth and efficient operations.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility to ensure all contractual sampling and service requirements are planned on a monthly basis and delivered to plan.
- Manage key customers e.g. Uisce Eireann, ESB and ensure that customer requirements are up to date on scheduling systems.
- Regular client meetings both online and in person.
- Assist the commercial team understand the costs of fulfilling contract obligations.
- Reviewing in real time jobs completed vs jobs outstanding vs resources.
- Ensure that systems for booking site appointments allow contract completion.
- Work with Service Engineer Team Leader to set up standard work across work practices and sites. Also develop systems to ensure that all on-site equipment is available for scheduled jobs.
- Analysis of service engineer journey plans and production of metric reports monthly on efficiency etc.
- Work with laboratory management team to coordinate sample delivery to the laboratory is to a shared plan.
- Develop metrics reports to analyse departmental performance and measure improvement processes.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong supervisory, administrative and computer literacy.
- Excellent knowledge of excel, planning software and fundamentals of Lean Methodologies.
- 6+ years’ Experience of scheduling a team countrywide.
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of Database reports and use of crystal reports, Sharperlight or other reporting systems are an advantage.
- Experience of project management tools.
