We are looking for a talented and driven Power BI Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing Power BI dashboards and reports, along with hands-on experience in backend coding and data integration.
Specifically, we see your time is spent:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
Develop and optimise backend data pipelines using JSON, SQL, Python, and DBT.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting specifications.
Ensure data integrity and high-performance queries across multiple data sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies and report performance.
Contribute to the automation and enhancement of data workflows.
What will pique our interest is someone that might have:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with expertise in dashboard/report development.
- Experience with data modelling and Power Query
- Understanding of Power BI environment management across development, test, and production environments.
- Strong knowledge of backend coding using SQL, Python, JSON, and DBT.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Licenses and access management through Microsoft Fabric or Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes for BI solutions.
- Experience with Git version control systems, including branching, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows.
