The role is to complement our current Nursing team. The successful candidate must be a flexible team player with a patient focused outlook. Previous Practice Nurse experience is desirable but not essential
The role will include and require
- Phlebotomy
- General nursing tasks such as BP checks, wound care, injections, etc
- ECGs, 24 hr ABPM
- Immunisations
- Involvement in the Chronic Disease Programme
- Assisting the medical staff when needed
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and awareness of GDPR.
- Good IT skills Awareness of Socrates PMS desirable but not essential
- Liaising with the wider healthcare team.
- Registration with NMBI
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €27.00-€30.00 per hour
