We are a forward thinking renewable energy company committed to delivering sustainable solutions across residential and commercial sectors. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to help streamline operations and ensure project success.
Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects. You’ll work closely with electricians, plumbers, the stores team, and management to ensure all aspects of the projects are running efficiently, from material coordination to site visits and SEAI grant paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate day-to-day project operations from our office.
· Liaise with electricians, plumbers, and other contractors to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
· Organise and track project materials in collaboration with the storeman.
· Visit job sites periodically to monitor progress and troubleshoot logistical challenges.
· Assist in the preparation and submission of SEAI grant paperwork and compliance documentation.
· Maintain accurate records and schedules using Excel and other project tracking tools.
· Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers as needed.
· Support the project management team in maintaining timelines and budgets.
· Provide ongoing customer service and coordinate with the service department to facilitate system maintenance.
Key Requirements
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.
· Competent in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
· Full driving license (for site visits).
· Knowledge of construction or renewables is an advantage but not essential.
Desirable (but not required)
· Prior experience in a coordinator or administrative role in the construction, plumbing, or electrical sectors.
· Familiarity with SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) grant processes.
