The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Costing Estimator to manage tender processes from start to finish, but training will be provided to use our current systems. Initially working with management for advice on best product to support the tender.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering & Estimating
- Analyse tender documents and identify key signage requirements.
- Collaborate with our design and graphics teams to prepare accurate, competitive bids.
- Liaise directly with clients to clarify specifications and expectations.
- Develop cost-effective solutions that meet client and tender requirements.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Tender Management
- Follow up on submitted tenders and track outcomes.
- Support the Directors in securing new projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain our existing centralised database of all tenders, quotes, and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to management on tender progress and feedback.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in construction, fitout, or signage estimation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Great people skills — confident, persuasive, and proactive with suppliers and clients.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
- Keen to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
