Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
Selection Criteria/Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Site/Project Engineering role.
- Good project management skills including use of Microsoft Project.
- Strong administrative and computer skills required, for example; Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Have excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven track record of ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines using own initiative.
- Ability to take a professional, organised and positive approach to problem solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €65,000.00 per year
