We require an experienced Property Manager/Team Administrator to join our Lettings Team. This is a great opportunity to join a long established and highly successful City Centre based property company with a possibility to grow further in the industry as your own experience grows. You'll enjoy a varied role with day-to-day tasks including Landlord/Tenant communication, property management assistance, maintenance assistance, property inspections, answering calls, scheduling appointments, data processing, arrears support, data input, updating web portals, social media websites and marketing. Due to the nature of the work, our company needs a self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure and with deadlines, has good time management, organisational skills and a willingness to work flexible hours if required.
Requirements:
- Excellent typing skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A basic understanding of Tenancy Law (in house training provided)
- Experience with Property Management CRM (Letman or similar).
- Strong interest in property and geographical knowledge of Co. Kilkenny
- Basic Social Media skills
- Full clean driving licence
- First Class personable and professional telephone manner
- A flexible, positive attitude towards work
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- An ability to prioritise own workload
- Ad hoc duties as required
