Quality Support Officer

Food Village offer a canteen service across Ireland. We seek Quality Support Officer to cover schools within the region of Tipperary and surrounding

We are now looking at hiring Quality Support Operatives who will be employed and retained on a Daily On-Call Retainer basis for the –Tipperary and surrounding areas

A valid Drivers Licence and own transport is essential for this role.

Quality Support Officers will be paid:

• A retainer of 150 euro per week on the condition they visit one site a week.
• 50 euro per day on visit when required
• Mileage will be paid on more than 40km

Job Duties include:

• Complete a minimum of one site visit per week as directed by your line manager.
• Support and lead audits and review quality standards in schools.
• Train new canteen operatives on site.
• Support the operations team in new school openings.
• Prepare the service area
• Stock service stations
• Load ovens
• Serve food and drinks
• Clean tables and dining areas
• Maintaining customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• HACCP training is desirable but not necessary
• No prior experience is required but a background in hospitality is preferrable.

Experience Required:

• Full flexibility during school hours
• No experience required - full training will provided

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €13.50 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
