Our Front Office team are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Supervisor (39 Hours) to join their professional, highly skilled team. Responsible to: Revenue & Reservations Manager
Purpose of Job: To promote a positive image of the Hotel to both customers and colleagues. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of reception

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure that our guests are greeted in a warm and friendly fashion and in a professional manner.
- To ensure effective implementation of all front office standard of performance procedures
- To monitor all front office cash transactions, float and till procedures and to ensure that procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy
- To ensure the professional operation of the back office
- Take and confirm reservations to our guests
- Establishing a strong communication with Accommodation team
- Dealing with any customer complaints in a professional manner and notifying management of these.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years’ experience as Hotel receptionist essential for this role
- Proven track record of managing a team within a 3* hotel environment
- Fluency of written and spoken English with absolute attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall management team
- Available for work during weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with Hotel booking systems and PMS- Guestline would be an advantage
