The purpose of this Receptionist role is to provide front-of-house service to customers in our Naas office, while also being the first point of contact on our phone lines and carrying out administration duties. This role provides first-class service to Arachas customers.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Activity Management:
• First point of contact for our phone lines, directing calls to the relevant parties
• Providing a high level of customer service to our clients
• Opening and distribution of post
• Administration duties
Customer Service:
• Friendly rapport with customers as the first point of contact for Arachas
• Welcoming of customers to the office location along with ensuring relevant documentation is completed on arrival
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborating with team members
• Working alongside a team to ensure the company objectives.
• Ensuring customer queries are directed to the relevant teams
Compliance:
• Ensuring all compliance standards are met

• Experience working in a similar role.
• Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
