Hairspray in Ballymount is looking for a focused experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join one of Ireland leading hair and beauty companies.
Successful applicant will require a positive attitude with a friendly, outgoing, helpful personality, excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
You must have previous experience of working in a busy customers facing environment
Role includes
- Taking customer calls as Receptionist
- Processing customer grants applications
- Processing and tracking online orders
- Taking bookings and dealing with front of house customers.
- Good knowledge of Excel is desirable.
- We use SAP and Phorest.
This position will be office hours Monday - Friday 9.30 -5.30pm
