We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, customer care focussed, Veterinary Receptionist to join our practice in our state of the art Animal hospital. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team of veterinary professionals.
This is a full-time, permanent role, 40 hours per week, including some Saturday mornings (9am – 1pm).
Salary starting at €13.90 per hour, depending on experience.
In this vital role, main duties include;
- Dealing with clients on the phone and in the clinic in a warm and friendly manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain records as necessary
- Dealing with clients regarding their accounts etc in a professional and efficient manner
- Collecting payments
- Duties also include general housekeeping duties throughout the clinic
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy, fast paced environment and be confident in a customer facing role with keen attention to detail. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills with good computer skills. You’ll need to be able to work well on your own or as part of a team with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
The role involves direct contact with animals.
