We require an enthusiastic receptionist in our busy Ballyshannon tyre depot.
The responsibilities include operating the business accounting system, creating invoices, reviewing and reconciling accounts, entering bills, answering phones and arranging appointments, taking details of all jobs completed by our technicians, receiving payments.
This role involves dealing with the general public so great customer service will be required. Candidates must have the ability to work unsupervised and be receptive to direction from superiors.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and organizing appointments.
- Creating invoices and receiving PO numbers.
- Manage all account queries.
- Reconcile accounts in our accounting system.
- Entering bills to the accounting system.
- Detailing of all jobs completed by our technicians.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge with accounting software.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Job Type: Fixed term
Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
