Job Title: Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Boland's BMW Waterford.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will play a vital part in shaping the future of our workforce by marketing our job opportunities, attracting top talent, and supporting the full recruitment cycle across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all departments (e.g. Mechanics, Service and Parts Advisors, Sales, Accounts, HR, Managers, Logistics, and Placements).
- Proactively market job opportunities through digital channels, social media, career fairs, educational partnerships, and other innovative platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from advertising roles, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate pipelines using our internal HR systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (preferably within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment).
- Strong marketing mindset with a passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using social media, job boards, and other digital tools for recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is an advantage. A positive, proactive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
