We are Kids Inc. We provide Early Years and Afterschool Care services. With an experience of more than 25 years in the childcare industry, we're one of the most established organizations operating geographically all over Ireland. Our goal is to extend children's daily learning by involving them in a wide range of sports and creative programs, with a strict 'No Screen Time' policy. With 4 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc is also hosting over 60 "Onsite" Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country.
About the Role
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding the talent that powers our mission. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to first day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle across multiple roles for our afterschool centres
- Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Advertise positions across platforms and track responses
- Conduct and coordinate screening Interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting into our ATS and HR systems
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Collect and update required documentation according to Tusla guidelines for all hires

Your profile
- Recruitment, HR, or coordination experience (in-house or agency)
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and timelines
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Previous experience in education recruitment (desirable)
All successful candidates will need to go through a Garda Vetting check and provide a Valid Police Certificate (applicable to employees who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months since over the age of 18).
