Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in analytical roles at a strategy consulting firm or on a product or strategy and operations team at a technology, media or consumer goods company.
- Experience developing insights from analysis on data sets to deliver business decisions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Analytics or similar quantitative field.
- Experience with Critique or similar code review systems.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to structure a engaging storyline and build presentation decks/briefing documents that support the narrative.
- Excellent problem solving skills, combined with business acumen.

- Conduct analysis of datasets and models as part of GCS projects including key growth initiatives, business go-to-market optimization opportunities and business drivers, and operating metrics for executive business reviews.
- Develop data-driven narratives, data visualizations, and business recommendations for senior stakeholders and contribute to executive level presentations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics.
