We are looking for a Regional Supply Planner to join our newly created S&OP team covering the EMEA area. In this new role, you will lead the supply planning process for our Europe North region, covering the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia, You will collaborate closely with your S&OP colleagues in the various regions, as well as with other key stakeholders, to focus on both the tactical and strategic planning horizon, ensuring balancing decisions are made quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead the Supply Planning stage of the monthly S&OP cycle.
- Facilitate Tactical Planning meetings, focusing on the 3-month service delivery horizon.
- Develop and manage supply plans using production performance, capacity models, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure supply plans accurately reflect site loading and asset utilization to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Operations to understand production trends, seasonality, and product transitions.
- Solve supply-demand imbalances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with stakeholders on labour planning, capex, intercompany flows, and production changes.
- Monitor and improve Supply KPIs, applying a continuous improvement mindset.
What You Bring
- A degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics—or 5+ years of hands-on supply planning experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of commercial and operational dynamics, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data tools; familiarity with ERP systems like Radius/Vision; or SQL is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and geographies.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
