Reservations Assistant/ Rental Agent Role

Our Reservations Team operates out of a lively and busy environment, conveniently located in South Dublin. We offer a positive and energetic culture for our staff to deliver a market leading customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Delivering excellent levels of Customer Service
- Supporting customer queries in advance and during their rentals
- Managing inbound reservations over the phone, email and through other booking channels and inputting them into the system
- Efficient Data entry skills for rental transactions and payments
- Attention to detail in supporting customer travel plans and requirements
- Processing charges, fees, and logging them into system
- General administrative tasks as required by Location Manager
- Any other duties as required by your Line Manager
Role Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- A team player, who has the ability to work on their own initiative
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Windows-based software programmes
- Flexible working shifts to include weekends and Bank Holidays
- Full B Driving licence, or equivalent, is desirable but not essential
Our Sixt Ireland Reservations Team is available for our customers 7 days a week, with operating hours from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm on Saturday and 9am – 12pm on Sunday & Bank Holidays.
