Position; Restaurant/ Bar Supervisor
Farmer Browns is a gastropub with a passion for good food, excellent service and great craic.
This position will consist of;
The smooth operation of lunch and dinner service
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Leading a team of wait & bar staff in service
Cash up and key holding
Stock control
Maintaining the bar and restaurant and supervising cleaning
Drinks service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
