Position Overview
We are now recruiting for a Senior Manager to take on an exciting multi-site leadership role within the TRIBE Group. This role will work across all three of our locations, collaborating closely with unit managers to support daily operations, drive team development, and deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership (Across All Units)
- Lead, mentor, and support the unit managers and their teams
- Foster a collaborative and positive culture rooted in respect, passion, and accountability
- Promote continuous learning and growth within the team
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management
Customer Experience
- Uphold and enhance our high standards of hospitality and service
- Ensure seamless guest experiences across all venues, including private dining and afternoon tea events in Bettystown House
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and proactive solutions
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations at all sites, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and atmosphere
- Implement systems and processes to streamline operations, reservations, and communications
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Revenue Growth & Innovation
- Collaborate with owners on business strategy, menu development, events, and promotions
- Analise sales and operational performance, proposing improvements
- Contribute to new ideas for growth, seasonal events, and enhanced customer engagement
Honesty, Integrity & Leadership
- Be a role model for the team, demonstrating fairness, consistency, and transparency
- Maintain ethical standards in finance, stock control, and staff management
- Represent TRIBE’s values and long-term vision
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and team-building experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Track record of strong customer service
- Confident in multi-site or high-volume hospitality settings
- Operationally strong with attention to detail
- Knowledge of hospitality systems (POS, reservations, ordering, etc.)
- Passion for fresh, local ingredients and premium guest experiences
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple sites as needed
- Level-headed, approachable, reliable, and driven
