- Manage day-to-day floor operations and staff coordination
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a warm, professional approach
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house team members
- Handle customer feedback efficiently and positively
- Support with stock control, rosters, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive attitude and a genuine love for customer service
- Flexible availability, especially for evenings and weekends
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
