Extremely popular and well known restaurant based in the heart of Ballyshannon, looking to recruit an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join the team.
The Restaurant is open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm serving fresh homemade food with an already buzzing and dedicated customer base, making this a fast paced and exciting environment for someone to lead.
1-2 years experience in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B team
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless front & back of house operations
- Ability to handle front of house staff - rotas, training & guidance
- Stock management - front of house
- Excellent communication, organisational and people management skills
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all F&B areas
- A hands on, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
Candidates should have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills and a knowledge and keen interest in food.
