We at Meadows & Byrne (Clonakilty) are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to strengthen our management team.
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Manager in delivering exceptional and knowledgeable customer service, driving sales and achieving targets.
Responsible for managing the day to day store operations.
Maintaining high standards in Store Presentation.
Fostering a positive environment which aims to consistently provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for customers and team members alike.
Requirements:
Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities.
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Effective people management skills.
This is a 5 over 7 day role so you must be willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
