- · Help further develop the garden centre with new and innovative ideas, maintaining control of all stock to ensure a fresh offering to the customer while keeping up to date with the latest garden & horticultural trends and styles.
- · To assist in a proactively driving sales and service across the store through a strong sales team
- · A successful candidate will be one who is willing to continue learning and expand their knowledge of horticulture and provide excellent product knowledge and service to our customers.
- · Will be able to demonstrate a love of gardening and excellent general knowledge of gardening and plants.
- · Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers by ensuring displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- · Previous experience of working in a retail environment would be of an advantage. Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.
- This role is a full-time position. Salary will be negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. A formal Horticultural qualification or three years’ experience in a similar role is required for this position.
