Full-Time Front of Pharmacy Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail OTC Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team.
This role would suit someone with strong retail experience who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. While previous pharmacy experience is preferred, it's not essential, we’re happy to provide training for the right person who is eager to learn.
What we’re looking for:
- A background in pharmacy or retail customer service
- Confidence in helping customers choose suitable OTC (non-prescription) medicines, vitamins, or healthcare products (or a willingness to learn)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment
