Responsibilities include
- Advising & serving customers.
- Processing payments.
- Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
- Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
- May be required to carry out deliveries and installation from time to time
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years experience in a retail setting, dealing face to face with the public in a customer service role
- Energetic & self-motivated can work towards goals without constant supervision
- Good working experience dealing face-to-face with customers in a retail environment, preferably high-tech products or consumer electronics
- Industry and product knowledge in any technology and appliances is preferred - but not essential.
- Computer literate.. Social media and website management
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal forms
- Full clean driving licence is an advantage.
Salary
- Salary is minimum wage but is negotiable and depending on experience.
