Retail Sales Consultant – Medical Aids & High-Value Equipment
Location: Tooraree, Knock Rd, Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo.

Position Overview:
Join our dedicated team in a new, state-of-the-art medical aids and high-value equipment store, where your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. As a Sales Consultant, you will provide personalized solutions, engage with customers, and ensure the store runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organised and efficient retail space, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming walk-in customers, answering questions, and managing the overall in-store experience.
- Actively educate customers on the features and benefits of our product range, ensuring suitability for their needs.
- Engage with customers on current sales promotions while maintaining best practice selling behaviors'.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure they would highly recommend our store.
- Manage a specific range of products from the company portfolio and ensure correct product display and promotional campaigns.
- Handle phone, email, chatbot, and in-person inquiries, assisting customers with orders and questions.
- Perform daily cash-up procedures, monitor till discrepancies, process lodgements, and report variances.
- Support housekeeping duties, stock take procedures, and general store maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring smooth store operations and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to contribute to the success of the store
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail role.
