Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Rigid Driver. This is for day shift multi drop in various location mainly in the West and North West of Ireland. It is full time hours Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a rigid vehicle for day time deliveries to multiple locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle and document any discrepancies or issues with deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes.
- Valid Irish driver's license (Category C).
- Valid tacho card.
- Valid CPC card.
- Be flexible with the schedule.
- Excellent driving record with no driving violations.
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
