Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the efforts of both the sales and marketing departments, ensuring alignment between strategies and execution. This dynamic role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, conducting market analysis and reporting, and managing customer relationships. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving priorities is essential to success in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Develop promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and local print adverts
- Organise events, trade shows, and product launches
- Assist in coordinating media and press visits
2. Sales Support
- Manage larger private dining requests and prepare function sheets for the operations team
- Coordinate smaller internal and external meetings and events, working closely with the operational team
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and pleasant manner
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes
- Communicate with clients regarding leads, hotel requirements, and travel
- Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
- Coordinate arrangements with vendors related to sales activities
- Ensure all documents produced by the Sales Department are accurate and timely
- Assist in lead generation and qualification
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and support materials
- Maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking and insights
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Promote brand image both internally and externally
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing or management team
3. Market Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Track and analyse sales and marketing performance metrics
- Prepare reports on customer behavior and market trends
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and mailing lists
