BigMickey.ie is a family-owned independent furniture retailer seeking a Salesperson for its showroom in Longford. This is an interesting and varied role with a small team. The salesperson is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store and online experience for every customer. We are looking for someone on a part time basis.
In this role you will;
Deliver excellent customer service at all times. Customer service is very important at BigMickey.ie and we pride ourselves in this.
Efficiently follow up on leads, quotations & manage aftersales for your customers.
Deal with customer queries, in person, by email or over the phone in an efficient and professional manner.
Proactively engage with customers & assist them in finding the correct products for their needs - training will be provided.
Plan delivery routes, place orders with multiple suppliers and organise the dispatching of orders
You will have;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in person, by email and on the phone
The ability to use your own initiative when dealing with customer issues.
Strong IT skills (preferred) and willingness to learn our sales software program and others as needed - training provided
Retail experience in a sales environment is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 22 per week
