We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn the sales process in a technical manufacturing environment and develop their career in a fast-paced, supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and assist in preparing quotes and proposals.
- Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, technical, marketing) to support order fulfilment.
- Assist with client follow-ups and post-sale service checks.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales in the construction industry preferred (but not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Third level qualification would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Experience in marketing would be desirable but not essential
