We are now recruiting for a General Assistant in Centra, Ardfert. Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work midweek as well as weekends. This includes daytime, evening and bank holiday work. For this reason, the position is not suitable for students.
Experience in a similar role a distinct advantage but is not a necessity as full training will be provided.
Job Role:
- This will be a multi-skilled role, with the successful candidate working in all departments including, deli, checkouts, ice-cream and stocking.
- Initial training period will include both hands-on training and e-learning theory courses.
- The successful candidate must be available to work early morning shifts (starting @ 6.30am), evening shifts (finishing @ 10.15pm) and a range of shifts throughout the day without any restrictions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent personal presentation standards
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
- Previous in a retail environment or customer-facing role
- Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business; this is a full-time position and shifts will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Candidates must be over 18.

Pay: €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 31 – 36 per week
