SENIOR NEGOTIATOR-SOUTH DUBLIN

Key responsibilities:
-develop and grow market share in South Dublin
-ability to work off own initiative
-identify new market opportunities and expand in designated territory
-actively promote residential sales to potential vendors
-negotiate and agree offers on property sales
-monitor sale process, liaising with third parties when required to ensure smooth transactions
-build strong relationships and maintain with local property owners and investors
Skills and experience:
-Must hold a current PRSA license category A and B
-Minimum 3-5 years experience in residential sale, preferably with exposure to South Dublin catchment
-Strong focus on client service and the ability to manage multiple clients and a busy workload
-Pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment
-Excellent organizational and administrative abilities to manage multiple sales processes efficiently
